Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Head of History to establish and lead the History department in a growing secondary school setting. This senior teaching position involves shaping curriculum, fostering a culture of academic excellence, and mentoring staff.
Key Responsibilities
Lead development of a knowledge‑rich History curriculum.
Inspire and manage teaching teams as the department grows.
Ensure high‑quality teaching and learning across all year groups.
