Key Duties:
Supporting personal care where required
Assisting with daily routines and mobility
Providing emotional and practical support
Promoting safe, person-centred care
Maintaining accurate records and reporting concerns
Requirements:
Caring and respectful attitude
Good communication skills
Reliability and willingness to learn
Experience preferred but not always essential (training opportunities available)
