We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembler to join our clients production team. In this role, you will work on building, testing, and repairing electronic circuit boards and sub-assemblies. The position requires precision, technical knowledge, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities as an Electronics Assembler
- Assemble and solder electronic components on PCBs to meet strict quality standards.
- Inspect and verify assembled boards for accuracy and functionality.
- Diagnose and correct defects through component replacement or repair.
- Operate testing equipment to ensure circuits perform as expected.
- Contribute to the assembly of sub-systems and final products as needed.
- Maintain organised workspaces and accurate records of completed work.
- Collaborate with the technical team to suggest improvements in processes and efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills as an Electronics Assembler
- Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics or assembly diagrams.
- Attention to detail and precision in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain focus during repetitive or detailed work.
- Basic use of hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
