Gi Group are recruiting Car Compound Drivers to join a busy automotive logistics site in Avonmouth. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about vehicles and looking for a hands‑on, long‑term role within the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely move vehicles around the compound and between on‑site locations
- Carry out basic vehicle checks before and after movements
- Park vehicles correctly, accurately, and efficiently
- Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain professional standards
Requirements
- Full UK manual driving licence (Category B) with up to 6 points
- Confident driving a wide range of vehicles including manual and automatic
- Good attention to detail with a responsible, safety‑focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
