At Saga looking for a talented Creative Artworker to join our Insurance Marketing Creative team bringing the Saga brand to life across multiple lines of insurance.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives on precision and consistency, turning great ideas into polished, production-ready creative across print and digital. But technical skill alone isn’t enough. We’re looking for a true go-getter, someone with a positive mindset, proactive energy, and a “let’s make it happen” attitude. Someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it.
Working closely with our Lead Designer you’ll bring creative concepts to life while ensuring everything meets Saga’s brand standards. You’ll collaborate with our copywriter and key stakeholders to deliver engaging, high-quality output, often at pace and at volume, but without ever compromising on detail.

We work in a hybrid way at Saga both at home and in the office. This role requires you to be working from our Folkestone office a minimum of 3 times a month, as well as adhoc trips to London, allowing us to collaborate and share success as a business.

In this newly created role, you prepare final artwork files for print and digital production considering the customer experience of each deliverable.
You will be accountable for the following areas;
• Apply brand guidelines correctly across multiple assets, be a Brand expert and demonstrate knowledge if our products
• Adapt and resize designs for various formats and channels
• Check artwork for accuracy, alignment, colour and consistency
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Liaise with printers and production teams
• Ensure files meet technical specifications and print standards
• Adopt a flexible, enthusiastic and driven approach to achieving business goals.
• Ensuring marketing material, is clear fair and not misleading – in line with insurance regulations.
As our new Artworker you will have proven experience in producing high volume outputs that engage, inform and motivate.
Having experience within a regulated industry would be desirable but we are open to consider candidates who come from outside the industry who are keen to learn and embrace the Insurance sector.
Other experience required include:
• Experience with working with Brand Guidelines
• Experience with design industry tech and software including Adobe Creative Cloud and ideally HTML5.
• Excellent art working skills for optimising digital outputs and print-ready artwork.
• Highly skilled with experience in producing high volume outputs that engage, inform and motivate.
• Strong understanding of print processes and file preparation
• Exceptional attention to detail
