I’m recruiting for an experienced Vehicle Technician to join a high-quality independent garage in Tunbridge Wells.
This is a modern, well-equipped workshop with up-to-date diagnostic equipment and a professional working environment. The business is investing in quality tools and facilities and is looking to add a capable Technician who takes pride in their work and enjoys working in a well-run independent setting.
Responsibilities
Diagnostics and fault finding using modern diagnostic systems
Servicing and routine maintenance
Mechanical repairs across a variety of vehicles
Identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently
Maintaining high standards of workmanship
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician
Diagnostic experience
A strong mechanical skillset
A professional and reliable approach
The ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop
Salary and Benefits
Up to £50,000 basic salary
£3,000 annual bonus (paid quarterly)
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours)
22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
