Crynodeb
To provide essential administrative support to the office and selected project team, assist with daily operations. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, including managing documents, maintaining records, assisting in general office duties, prioritising own work. Working as part of a team to support the HQ Administration team and Project DC and ensure all is kept in an organized and methodical manner in line with Company procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, answering phones, and managing correspondence.
• Handle inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations.
• Maintain and update internal databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support with any ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by the above teams members.
Soft Skills required:
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Computer literate and capable of producing accurate and thorough reports and analysis or capable of being able to apply themselves and quickly learn to become IT/Computer literate.
• Willingness to undertake additional training to grow with the role.
• Effective time management – efficient and adding value to projects.
• To have the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues
• Ability to learn and retain information
• Attention to detail
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities
• Good communication skills – both verbal and written
• Good prioritising skills
This role you will undergo a DBS check. You must also have 5 years employment or educational history and 5 year address history, there should not be any gaps in the employment or educational history.
