Join our team as an RF Works Coach (Support Worker)

At Realise Futures, we’re more than just a Social Enterprise – we’re about people. Our mission is to enhance the economic and social wellbeing of those who are disadvantaged and/or disabled through our seven RF Works Social Businesses across Suffolk & Norfolk.
We’re now looking for a motivated and compassionate RF Works Coach (Support Worker) to join our team at Poppy’s Pantry, a social enterprise café and refill shop.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated RF Works Coach (Support Worker) to join our team, working at our site in Wymondham. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals to build confidence and develop practical skills linked to customer service, catering and retail.
You’ll be part of a friendly team that works together to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide person centred coaching and support, adapting your approach to individual needs.
• Support individuals to grow their independence, social skills and work readiness.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a positive and inclusive environment.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to relate to people with differing levels of and understanding.
• A calm, flexible approach and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
• This role is subject to a DBS check.
• Driving licence desirable.
