About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Guitar Teacher and confident multi instrumentalist to join our teaching team. You will have the opportunity to teach in a variety of settings in local schools and Music Centres. This role includes a blend of individual tuition, small group teaching, whole class instrumental delivery, and leading small ensembles.

As part of this role, you will be able to lead and develop band style ensembles, supporting young musicians to rehearse, build their performance skills, and enjoy making music together. We are looking for an engaging, adaptable practitioner with strong musicianship and a passion for inspiring the next generation of performers.

• Job Title: Teacher – Guitar/multi-instrumentalist
• Location: Sevenoaks, Tonbridge & Malling, and Tunbridge Wells
• Contract: Permanent from September 2026
• Salaried Teaching Hours: 379.5 per year (approx. 11.5 per week)
• Fraction: 0.4 FTE inclusive of working hours for other duties
• Salary: £27,233.04 to £33,154.79 pro rata, per annum
