Catering Assistant. Parklands Care Home
Hourly Rate: £12.21
Hours: 19 per week, 2 shifts per week
Shift: 8am - 6pm, alternate weekends

Situated just a short walk from the beautiful Hesketh Park, Parklands is thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, wellbeing, and independence for our residents.
As a Kitchen Assistant, you will:
Support the preparation and serving of nutritious, home-cooked meals
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas
Assist with washing up and general kitchen duties
Work closely with the Chef and care team to meet residents’ dietary needs
Help create a positive and enjoyable mealtime experience for residents
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a kitchen or catering role (preferred but not essential)
A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Good communication and teamwork skills
A genuine interest in supporting older people through quality food service
Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
