Summary
Venue Administrator
ATG Entertainment is proud to stand at the forefront of the live entertainment industry.
Our expertise and capabilities enable producers and other creatives to bring their visions to life and create unforgettable performances for audiences, presented in our landmark venues and delivered with exceptional hospitality. It is the passion of our teams, that cover every discipline across the live entertainment industry, that underpins our continuing strategic growth and success.
Sitting in the heart of the Copr Bay development, Swansea Building Society Arena is a landmark 3,500 capacity multi-purpose indoor arena which opened its doors in March 2022. Hosting some of the most recognised names in live music, comedy and theatre, the fully-modular arena also hosts e-sports, conferences and events.
This role reports to the Head of Venue Operations. The Venue Administrator is very much the heart of the team – working across all departments and liaising with central ATG colleagues as well as third party stakeholders. It is important that the person in this role is organised, an excellent communicator, and empathetic to the many workstreams within the operation. Often the first point of contact for the venue, the person in this role must be friendly and knowledgeable with a can-do attitude when it comes to problem solving.
