Summary
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their well-being, and assisting in their medical needs. Your expertise and dedications to nursing will contribute to the overall health and happiness of our residents.

The Company will cover the Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and Immigration Skills Charge (where applicable).

Candidates will be responsible for visa application fees and Immigration Health Surcharge.

Candidates will normally be expected to utilise Fast Track / Priority visa processing to support timely deployment into role. Associated Fast Track fees are the responsibility of the candidate.
Fast Track processing is strongly preferred in order to minimise vacancy gaps and support safe staffing levels across our services.
Preference may be given to applicants who already hold the right to work in the UK or who are able to self-fund visa application and Fast Track costs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for residents.
- Administer medications and treatments, adhering to medical prescriptions and care plans.
- Complete physical/ psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
- Monitor and record vital signs, health status, and changes in resident’s conditions.
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and update individual care plans.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and families.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for residents.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid as necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records and reports.
- Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and regulations.
- Stay updated on current medical practices.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with active NMC nursing pin.
- Proven experience as a registered nurse in a care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing healthcare needs.
