An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit two part-time Band 6 Research Nurses to join our established research team, supporting studies within the Emergency Department (ED) at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced ED environment alongside clinicians, research teams, and patients to support the delivery of high-quality clinical research.
The post holder will be:
• Assisting with the assessment and management of care pathways for research participants
• Supporting the informed consent process in line with study protocols
• Providing guidance and support to research participants and responding to queries
• Managing study-related data and contributing to the day-to-day running of research studies
• Promoting research activity within the department and fostering collaborative working across teams
• Developing a personal research portfolio through training, courses, and practical experience
