Hourly Rate: £14.00 – £15.00 per hour
Shifts: Day and Night shifts available
Are you a dedicated Support Worker with a practical manual handling certificate?
Completely Care is working with an established care provider to recruit compassionate and reliable Support Workers in the Caldicot area. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team and make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality care and support, ensuring residents’ comfort, safety, and wellbeing
Deliver compassionate, person-centred care tailored to individual needs
Support individuals with outings and activities that promote confidence and independence
Assist with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
Administer medication in line with care plans and training
Promote dignity, respect, and independence at all times
Work collaboratively with colleagues and healthcare professionals to meet residents’ needs
Requirements:
Practical Manual Handling Certificate
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
Medication training
A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
Flexibility to work both day and night shifts
