We have a full-time permanent Business Administrator vacancy within the Adult Social Care Supported Living Team. We are looking to appoint a dynamic administrator who will provide support primarily to the Service Manager, staff and our clients.
As a Business Administrator, you will gain an understanding of the team’s services and the impact they have on people’s lives. Working collaboratively is essential - you’ll need to anticipate and respond to the needs of team members, whether they are based in the office, working remotely, or out in the community. We will support you to learn the necessary skills and you will receive excellent training opportunities, support and mentoring in your role.

The Business Administrator position is based primarily in the Supported Living Head Office based at Linden Court. There may be occasions where you are required to travel to other offices across the county to support staff on site, undertake administrative tasks such as filing, ordering of items, photocopying, printing, minuting of meetings and general administrative support. Administrative support to our teams is key to helping the teams support people who receive a service to the very highest standard by ensuring tasks are actioned timely, accurately and effectively.

We are looking for candidates who have:
RQF Level 2 English or able to pass an assessment at interview
The ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people.
Ability to effectively prioritise a diverse workload to meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
IT skills, particularly in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams and MS Outlook.
Ability to communicate effectively with a range of people, including the ability to converse at ease with clients.
Ability to work in a team and maintain team connectivity when working remotely with an understanding of confidentiality.
It is vital that all staff fully understand and undertake their role with professionalism and are able to show good customer service skills.
