About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Early Years Room Leader to join our team. You will lead a room of experienced practitioners, supporting them to deliver outstanding early years practice and ensuring the environment remains inspiring, safe, and child centred.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead, motivate, and support a team of Early Years Practitioners.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Ensure children’s individual learning needs are met through effective observation, assessment, and planning.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Ensure all policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards are consistently followed.
• Support the development and training of staff within your room.

About You
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• A minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in an early years setting—leadership experience desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and team leadership skills.
• A genuine passion for early years education and creating enriching learning opportunities.
