Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Plumbing Engineer to complete a range of pre-planned maintenance PPMs, remedial works, plumbing tasks, minor fabric tasks and electro / mechanical tasks to meet clients' requirements. This will include, but is not limited to, Emergency lighting, ahu's etc. All works are to be carried out within the client's agreed timescale, with detailed writeups of works completed.
You should be capable of maintaining customers' log books and completing the necessary documentation according to current guidelines and company policy, as well as updating the Client's system through PDA usage. You will be responsible for carrying out repairs to plumbing installations, heating installations, ventilation systems etc. or any required minor building fabric repairs based on on relevant experience.

Skills:
-Full and current Driving Licence
-Basic IT skills (Microsoft Package)
-Excellent Communication, orginisational and time management skills
-Work well in a team
-Knowledge of PDA and CAFM systems
The ideal candidate would have previous experience in Plumbing with knowledge and experience in building maintenance desirable.
