Role Summary
We are seeking a committed and spiritually mature Minister of Religion to provide pastoral leadership, teaching, discipleship, and spiritual oversight to our congregation and ministry departments.
Key Duties (Daily/Weekly)
Preach and teach the Word of God during services and programmes
Lead Bible study, prayer meetings, and discipleship sessions
Provide pastoral counselling and spiritual guidance
Conduct home visits, hospital visits, and welfare support where needed
Support evangelism and outreach activities
Assist with church planning, administration, and reporting
Mentor church workers and volunteers
Essential Requirements
Evidence of Christian ministry training (Bible School/Theological certificate)
Demonstrable pastoral experience
Strong knowledge of Christian doctrine and church ministry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Commitment to the mission and values of Eternal Life Ministries International
