Summary
SHOWROOM ASSISTANT
Express Plumbing Supplies is a rapidly growing Independent Plumbers Merchant with retail showrooms. As the company expands we are looking to create opportunities for driven and enthusiastic individuals who will share our vision and values.
We are seeking to recruit a Showroom Assistant in our Barrow-in-Furness branch.
Main duties are:-
• To assist the Branch Manager in ensuring all customers experience excellent customer service
• To build and maintain excellent customer relationships
• To ensure all customer orders are dealt with promptly within the customer’s timescales
• To provide a professional CAD bathroom design service ensuring that products offered are from the Company’s preferred suppliers
• To prepare and follow up customer quotes
• To be an enthusiastic member of the branch team assisting in other areas of the business as necessary.
About You
This role requires someone who is enthusiastic and confident in dealing with customers. A knowledge of bathroom and plumbing products would be an advantage. You will ideally have previous experience of working in a busy and fast paced environment.
Salary
Will be paid according to experience
