Summary
Mechanical Piping Assemblers:
We have an existing opportunity to work on one of the UK’s most cutting-edge Defence sector projects. We require a team of Mechanical Assemblers to support the installation of a demilitarisation facility.
This project presents an opportunity to gain the unique experience of working in the highly regulate UK Defence sector.
Location: Shoeburyness, Southend-on-Sea
Duration: 8 weeks – start date 30th March
Responsibilities:
· Unloading and preparing prefabricated units for installation
· Erection of prefabricated units
· Installation of vents
· Installation of Heating/Cooling systems
Qualifications:
· Essential: Some form of Mechanical or Piping qualification and CSCS Card holder
· Beneficial: One of the following: - IPAF, Forklift truck license, experience in the operation of Scissor Lift and/or1 Man lift.
Experience:
· Previous experience of working on the mechanical aspects of the erection and installation of large structures including the fitting of pipes.
· Experience of working at heights would be beneficial
