Culinary Training Manager – RAF Henlow
40 hours per week | Regional Role
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Culinary Training Manager to lead catering compliance, training and food standards across multiple sites in the region, based from RAF Henlow.
What You’ll Do- Deliver catering training, inductions and weekly culinary calls.
- Conduct Origami reviews for food safety, customer journey and GP performance.
- Ensure menus and food offers meet company standards and cyclic calendar requirements.
- Support teams with menu planning, ordering processes and achieving KPIs (GP, food waste, allergens).
- Promote strong Health & Safety, HACCP, COSHH and allergen compliance.
- Build positive client relationships and champion company values.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Head Chef or similar.
- Strong communicator with experience leading or supervising teams.
- City & Guilds 706/1–3 or NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent).
- Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification.
- Proven ability to meet financial and operational targets.
- IT literate with a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- Passionate about food, customer service and developing people.
- Menu development experience.
- Advanced Food Hygiene.
- Experience managing multiple catering outlets.
- Membership of a professional culinary body.
