What You'll Be Doing:
• Designing, implementing, and evaluating innovative SEN strategies across the school
• Leading all statutory SEND processes, EHCP applications, and annual reviews
• Championing robust inclusion practices—advising, training, and inspiring staff
• Forge impactful partnerships with parents, external professionals, and stakeholders
• Monitoring and reporting data to SLT, identifying areas for accelerated improvement
