Summary
You will be contracted as a part-time Licensed Aircraft Engineer working under Highland Aviation approvals, reporting directly to the General Manager and Maintenance Manager. You will carry out all duties in a proper, efficient, and professional manner, playing a key role in advising management of day-to-day issues affecting the Engineering Department while keeping informed of matters impacting departmental operations. You must perform all duties as defined in your position's terms of reference (outlined in the employee handbook), comply with all reasonable orders and directions from management, and exercise powers delegated to your post in accordance with company procedures. You are expected to faithfully and diligently serve Highland Aviation Ltd with integrity and professionalism, use your best endeavours to promote the company's interests, maintain and actively promote its reputation, and devote the whole of your time, attention, and abilities to your duties during agreed working hours, maintaining consistent attendance and punctuality except where prevented by ill health, accident, or approved leave. The ideal candidate preferably holds a B3 Licence; comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicant.
