Summary
The role of an Practice Manager will be to oversee the day to day functions of the Practice. This will encompass managing administration staff and focus on improving patient experience. Ensuring all health and safety protocols are in place. Overseeing staff holidays and rota's, recording sick leave and conducting return to work interviews. Part of the role will also include ensuring all tasks on EMIS are managed effectively. Other areas will also take into account managing QOF and IIF service delivery. We are seeking a candidate who has previously worked in a GP surgery as a Practice Manager.
