Summary
New position in a famous and thriving small country hotel near Okehampton and 20 mins from Exeter Devon. The Oxenham Arms Hotel at South Zeal Devon.

Seeking an experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous, to work alongside 2 other extremely talented chefs in the 4 Star Gold and AA Rosette Oxenham Arms Hotel at South Zeal. Not a live in position so you'll need to live or rent locally or drive to us.
We are 5 mins off the A30 from Exeter to Devon/Cornwall. Permanent full time role.
40 hours per week. Professional and friendly team both in the kitchen, front of house and management.
You will be fully experienced in fresh, locally sourced foods and be fully capable in all stations within a high end commercial kitchen delivering superb food and presentation.
Circa £37K package per annum plus Pension, 28 days holiday for a 40 hour week. Subject to your skills/capabilities/experience.
Or Hourly paid if you prefer with the same benefits above.
Good sense of humour, great skills, lots of energy and experience in sourcing, kitchen EHO paperwork and managing a small professional team required.
