Summary

RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT

Are you an experienced health and social care recruiter who enjoys thinking ahead, finding quality candidates and making a real difference?

We are seeking a forward-thinking Recruitment Assistant to support the attraction, recruitment and onboarding of high-quality staff across our health and social care services. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who understands the challenges of care recruitment and is motivated by building strong, compliant and values-led teams.

This is a remote working role, however you must be able to travel to our Head Office in Raunds, Northamptonshire, as required for meetings, training or service needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

o Proactively source and attract suitable candidates using job boards, social media and innovative recruitment methods
o Support the full recruitment lifecycle, including shortlisting, arranging and supporting interviews, and onboarding successful applicants
o Ensure all recruitment and personnel documentation meets legislative and regulatory requirements
o Manage DBS checks, references, right-to-work checks and personnel records
o Collaborate with management to review and improve recruitment processes and workforce planning
o Promote safeguarding, best practice and a positive employer brand


What We're Looking For

o Recent recruitment experience within health and social care
o Strong understanding of recruitment, screening and onboarding processes
o A proactive, forward-thinking approach to attracting quality candidates
o Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
o Confident IT user with strong communication skills
o Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
