- Providing individualised support to students with a variety of additional needs
- Collaborating with teachers and specialists to develop and implement effective learning strategies
- Assisting with the planning and delivery of engaging, targeted lessons and activities
- Monitoring student progress and documenting observations to contribute to assessments
- Promoting a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all students
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children in an educational or care setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
- A relevant educational or teaching assistant qualification (or a willingness to obtain one)
