Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

• Significant senior-level experience leading HR and operational services, preferably within education or local authority settings

• A proven track record of developing and implementing HR and operational strategies with measurable impact

• Extensive knowledge of employment law, education legislation and best practice in HR and operational management

• Demonstrable experience of leading complex organisational change and driving service improvement initiatives

• Experience of managing substantial budgets and resources effectively and strategically

• Experience of working within a multi-school setting or federation

• Experience of overseeing facilities, procurement or ICT services within a school environment
