I-SIRE Services currently provides a popular used cleaning service which includes general, deep clean and end-of-tenancy cleaning for offices, AirBnb properties, residential homes, apartment complexes and commercial establishments.
We value our customers, build and maintain a good relationship by proven 24/7 support and delivering exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Drive company revenue by promoting, selling and managing services to potential and existing customers.
Promoting our service plans, add-ons and benefits such as warranties.
Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Identify and anticipate customer needs and proactively promote suitable service plans, solutions and pricing.
Processing all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
Promoting our services in-person, over the phone and via email.
Posting/ handing out our business cards and marketing the company via word of mouth.
Using effective strategies to guide customers to join.
Maintaining relationships with new & existing customers- Encouraging existing customers to rebook and offering discounts.
Requirements:
Self-employed status (must be registered or willing to register).
Must hold a valid DBS certificate. *
Proven experience in Sales.
Maintaining an in-depth understanding of the company’s aims & objectives.
A strong work ethic & ability to work independently.
Great communication skills in English, both verbal and written. *
Punctual, reliable, honest.
