Summary
Due to growth onsite Engineering Supervisors are required to lead a maintenance team in a fast paced manufacturing environment for our growing client based in the Stirlingshire area. This exciting opportunity is based on a dayshift role and the successful candidate will be qualified to Apprentice trained Electrical/Mechanical level or equivalent and have leadership experience.
The Role:
- Work as part of the team to ensure that the requirements of the site Asset Care systems are completed on time and in full
- Provide engineering advice and coaching where necessary.
- Manage and/or participate in manufacturing improvement project teams
- Lead a small team of engineers on-site
The Candidate:
- Must be a good communicator
- Detailed engineering knowledge of all aspects of manufacturing equipment
- Extensive experience within heavy industry would be desirable but manufacturing experience is essential
- Understanding of the contribution Engineering can make to the achievement of Manufacturing KPIs
