Rednock School is looking for a dedicated Behaviour and Emotions Support Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. About the role:
As our Behaviour and Emotions Support TA, you’ll be one of the operational leads in the Internal Exclusion Room, supporting students who are temporarily removed from lessons. You’ll help them continue their learning, deliver targeted interventions, and support them to re-engage with school. You’ll work as part of our Behaviour and Culture team, liaising with students, parents/carers, and staff to ensure every young person has the opportunity to succeed.
