Action Staffing is currently recruiting passionate Registered General Nurses and Registered Mental Health Nurses to join our network of outstanding healthcare providers in and around Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to patients or residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being.

Care Planning: Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with the wider multidisciplinary team.

Medication Management: Safely administer medications and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines and facility policies.

Clinical Leadership (RGN): Lead shifts, oversee healthcare assistants, and manage clinical emergencies such as wound care or palliative support.

Mental Health Support (RMN): Support patients experiencing acute mental health crises, manage challenging behaviors, and facilitate therapeutic interventions.

Compliance: Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records and ensure all safeguarding protocols are strictly followed.

Requirements
Qualification: A Nursing Degree (BSc) in Adult Nursing (RGN) or Mental Health Nursing (RMN).

Registration: A valid and active NMC Pin is essential.

Experience: Minimum of 6 months of UK nursing experience in a hospital, care home, or clinical setting.

Right to Work: Must have the right to work in the UK.

Skills: Excellent communication skills, clinical competence, and a deeply empathetic approach to patient care.
