Summary
Are you a Site Supervisor who takes pride in delivering complex projects to the highest standards of safety, quality and efficiency? Have you built solid experience working within the rail environment and enjoy seeing work delivered right first time? We're currently looking for Site Supervisors to support our Control Period 7 (CP7) renewals programme in the Southern region, with projects spanning Sussex and Kent. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in a growing portfolio of rail infrastructure works.
You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)
-Supervising and managing the contract activities on site, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, policies and procedures.
-Leading by example and promoting a positive safety culture and a right first time attitude among the site team and the supply chain.
-Communicating clearly and effectively with the site management, the client, the local community and other stakeholders.
-Ensuring the delivery of a quality product that meets the customer's requirements and expectations.
-Maximising the profitability of the project by identifying and recording changes, managing resources efficiently and closing out defects and deliverables in a timely manner.
-Supporting and developing your team members and sharing best practices and lessons learned across the sector.

About you…. (what you are skilled at)
-Previous experience as a site supervisor, undertaking similar work , ideally in Wales or Western.
-A valid SSSTS qualification (preferably SMSTS or working towards SMSTS).
-A valid CSCS card, PTS and other identified training. (COSS would be desired)
-Temporary Works Co-ordinator (TWC) (desired).
-First Aid at Work (desired).
-A good level of IT skills.
-A strong commitment to the Octavius values of integrity, caring, progressive, openness and quality.
-A willingness to learn and grow with the company.
