Key Responsibilities
Care & Education: Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, and educational care for children.
Engaging Activities: Plan and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities that support children's development across all areas of the EYFS.
Key Person: Take on Key Person responsibilities for a small group of children, tracking their progress and building strong bonds.
Parent Partnership: Work closely with parents and carers, providing daily updates on their child's routine and learning journey.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the Room Leader and the wider nursery team to ensure a smooth, happy daily routine.
Requirements
Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Early Years Qualification (Essential).
Experience: Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Attitude: A proactive, energetic, and nurturing personality.
Compliance: A solid understanding of Safeguarding and child protection procedures.
