We are looking for a Regional Cleaning Supervisor to support sites across Oxford, Swindon and surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established commercial cleaning business that has been delivering exceptional service across Southern England for over 30 years.

The Role
Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will provide flexible support across local sites, often at short notice.
Your responsibilities will include covering sites where required, delivering stock, supporting Contracts Managers with new contract start-ups, providing on-the-job training to cleaning staff, and assisting with deep cleans during school closure periods.
This is a varied and active role that requires flexibility, reliability and a hands-on approach.

Key Responsibilities
•
Cover cleaning sites as required, often at short notice
•
Support new contract mobilisations alongside Contracts Managers
•
Deliver cleaning stock and supplies to sites
•
Provide hands-on support and on-the-job training to cleaning teams
•
Assist with deep cleaning projects during school closures
•
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and health & safety compliance
•
Communicate effectively with site teams and management

What You'll Need
•
Experience in the cleaning sector (essential)
•
Full UK driving licence
•
Use of your own vehicle
•
Right to work in the UK
•
Satisfactory references

Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
Experience in a supervisory role is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
