A well-established Middlesbrough law firm is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy, supportive team. This is a solid opportunity for someone who enjoys good-quality conveyancing work, wants a steady pipeline of files, and values a down-to-earth team environment.
The role
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion, including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages and transfers of equity
- New build / shared ownership (if you’ve done it – not essential)
- Title checks, reporting, and managing exchange/completion
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and brokers to keep matters progressing
What they’re looking for
- At least 2 years’ experience handling your own conveyancing files end-to-end
- Strong technical ability in residential conveyancing and good attention to detail
- Confident client communication and a practical, solutions-focused approach
- Able to work well in a team and keep matters moving calmly under pressure
- Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner
