Summary
Assist Surveyor/Senior Surveyor with the cost management of Company developments, ensuring the Company achieves value for money and provide regular updates on the commercial and financial performance of each site. Undertake structured training to progress to Surveyor level.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
· Strong interest in construction, commercial management or quantity surveying.
· GCSE grade 4 in Maths and English
· Good IT skills (good working knowledge of MS excel and spreadsheets)
· Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
