Summary

We're looking for an Information Coordinator to join our information management team based in Hebburn.

Location: Hebburn, Tyne and Wear - Some hybrid working available, requirement to attend office and occasional site visits

Hours: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our dynamic information management team and help us deliver excellence through digital transformation. As an Information Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects follow best practice standards and meet ISO 19650 requirements. With a focus on quality assurance and collaborative working, you'll help maintain the golden thread of information throughout project lifecycles.

What will you be responsible for?

As an Information Coordinator, you'll be working within the information management team, supporting them in delivering compliant and effective information processes. Your day to day will include:

• Managing project Common Data Environments (CDEs) following ISO 19650 standards and Kier procedures

• Providing training and ongoing support for CDE users, nurturing relationships with all stakeholders

• Validating and curating project documentation, ensuring proper classification and distribution

• Creating insightful reports on workflows and digital activities to inform decision-making

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to share knowledge and foster best practices

What are we looking for?

This role of Information Coordinator is great for you if:

• You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams

• You're experienced with Electronic Document Management Systems like Asite or Viewpoint

• You're confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Teams and SharePoint

• You have an eye for detail and take pride in maintaining high standards

• You enjoy supporting others and sharing your knowledge in a friendly, approachable manner
