We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Support Worker to join our brilliant team at Our Space Community Hub, Library and
day opportunities in Ellesmere. Our Space is an established day opportunities service for older people and adults with
disabilities. The service plays an important part in reducing isolation and promoting community connections through activities and
events.

In this rewarding role, you will support people who use our service in all aspects of their day. This includes providing personal
care when required. You will work both independently and as part of a friendly and supportive team, so a strong work ethic and a
positive attitude are essential. You will help the people we support to take part in a wide range of activities, both within the
service and out in the community. You’ll work alongside people to help them achieve personal goals, enjoy new experiences and make
their time with us meaningful and enjoyable.

About You:

Essential Requirements:

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Enthusiastic, reliable and committed to high‑quality support
* Previous experience is an advantage but not essential – full training will be provided
* A full driving licence is essential, along with a willingness to undertake mini‑bus driver training
* Willingness to provide personal care as required

Desirable Requirements;

* Previous experience working with Positive Behaviour support
