Summary
I am looking for a PA with a minimum of 3 years experience and ideally 5 years+ of working with someone with Dravet or Lennox Gastaut syndrome. You will be working closely with our other PA's who have 7+ years of experience.
Driver is essential to this role.
The requirement is based on the need to recognize and support a large variety of seizure types including Absence and partial focal to drop attacks, tonic and tonic clonic.
Extensive experience of positive behavior support to avoid / manage incidents of challenging behaviour.
Personal care required - largely post seizure.
Willingness to support emergency egress up a steep flight of 16 twisting steps to an ambulance if required for emergency hospitalization.
