Summary
Clinical Practice: Ensuring the safe and innovative delivery of care to patients requiring support from the Acute Oncology Service. Be able to deliver excellent standards of clinical care and role model to junior staff members. Monitor performance of the unit and undertake improvement projects to deliver the highest standards of care. Leadership and Education: Fostering an inclusive environment where staff feel valued and supported, enabling them to deliver high-quality care as part of a skilled and cohesive team. Promoting and encouraging a culture of ongoing professional development and learning. Resource Management: Overseeing the effective management of pay and non-pay budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
