Night Sleep-In Carer Required – Shirley
Sleep-in shifts | Flexible | Supportive family environment
We are looking for a caring and reliable Night Sleep-In Carer to support an elderly lady living with Dementia in her own home in Shirley.
This role is primarily a sleep-in position, providing reassurance and assistance if needed during the night, helping to ensure comfort and safety.
Duties include:
Providing overnight reassurance and supervision
Assisting with toileting or mobility if required
Settling and comforting if waking occurs
Medication reminders (if needed)
Light morning support before the end of shift
Keeping brief care notes
Experience in Dementia care is preferred but not essential for the right compassionate person. Patience, attentiveness, and a calm nature are key.
