Summary


The following post has become available within Kent & Medway Mental Health NHS Trust for a dynamic and self-motivated administrator with excellent organisation and administration skills.

The post will support the Promoting Safe Services team in its provision of services to staff and patients across the organisation.

The team provide specialist support and training to staff in managing and reducing the use of force as well as clinically inputting to support teams with complex cases.

The administrator will be part of a dynamic team that works across the organisation. This role does not involve patient contact.
• Provide comprehensive admin support to the Service Manager and team
• Manage diaries and organise meetings
• Order and maintain stock of office supplies.
• Replenish forms/leaflets/documents for the service provision.
• Keep accurate and up to date data records for service.
• Collate and send agendas and other meeting papers and produce meeting minutes.

This role involves working closely with the Service Manager and team in its provision of services to patients and staff across the organisation. The team provides specialist advice to clinical and non-clinical staff, in relation to violence and aggression as well as restrictive practices.

This work includes leading strategic projects, designing and delivering quality training curriculums, working with complex individuals, which all promotes safe care for all using or working within our services.
