Summary
A school based in Roehampton is seeking an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to support in delivering engaging lessons. This is a great opportunity where you’ll get to make a difference and develop new skills, as well as having the chance to interact with positive and likeminded individuals.
As a Teaching Assistant, your duties will include:
• Delivering engaging activities for individuals and groups, tailoring to different levels of learning
• Encouraging participation and interaction with peers
• Supporting participants as they improve skills in all areas of the curriculum
• Creative a positive environment for students to flourish
Skills required for this Teaching Assistant role are:
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good behaviour management techniques.
• Reliability and ability to work in a team
• Ability to communicate effectively
This is an exciting role where you’ll get to make a real difference. You’ll be working full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm) and long term as a Teaching Assistant so will see the progress students are making with your support.
