About the role
Resource Planning Assistant – Disrepair
Location: Central Depot
Hours: 37 per week
Salay: Grade F (£32,597-£34,434)
Join our Housing Services team and help keep our repairs and disrepair processes running smoothly. You’ll be the go to person for coordinating disrepair cases, supporting scheduling, managing diaries and documents, and keeping our service organised and customer focused.
What you’ll do
• Manage disrepair cases from start to finish
• Gather evidence and liaise with insurers, legal teams and internal colleagues
• Support appointment scheduling and deputise for the Logistics Coordinator
• Process operatives’ daily records and assist with PDA support
• Coordinate post inspections and track customer satisfaction
• Handle calls, visitors, meetings and general admin
• Produce reports, raise orders and support year end tasks
What you’ll bring
• Strong admin/office experience
• Great communication and IT skills
• Ability to juggle diaries, deadlines and busy workloads
• A proactive, customer focused and organised approach
