Summary

We're looking for a Commercial Manager to join our Thames Water framework team based in Mogden, London.

Location: Mogden, London - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required.

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As a Commercial Manager, you will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager, taking responsibility for all commercial and contractual functions within your area. You'll play a key role in developing and implementing strategy, growth, and profitability, with a primary focus on Change Management responsibilities across multiple projects.

What will you be responsible for?

As a Commercial Manager, you'll be working within the Thames London Projects team, supporting them in delivering exceptional commercial management. Your day to day will include:

-Providing commercial expertise and advice on contract variations, negotiations, and dispute resolutions

-Supporting and nurturing your team to meet workload targets and deadlines

-Collaborating with operations teams to deliver successful commercial outcomes

-Reviewing and contributing to bids with a focus on payment mechanisms and risk management

-Creating an inclusive workplace where wellbeing and diversity are championed

What are we looking for?

This role of Commercial Manager is great for you if:

-You hold relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management, ideally RICS qualified

-You have strong negotiation skills and experience nurturing teams to achieve shared goals

-You enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively with clients and stakeholders

-You're trusted to deliver what you promise while acting ethically and with care

-You have experience working with multiple clients and various forms of contract
