This is an exciting opportunity to join the West London Children's Healthcare team in transforming care for children across North West London.
The post-holder will work in partnership with Consultant, nursing, and other clinical, operational and administrative colleagues to deliver high quality care for children at the Chelsea and Westminster site.
The post-holder will provide operational leadership and service delivery to paediatric specialties at Chelsea and Westminster, including general and acute paediatrics, paediatric surgery and surgical sub-specialties, paediatric A&E and paediatric community child development services.
Our services have developed significantly since the creation of WLCH in 2022, and we are looking for a driven, dynamic and ambitious candidate who can add to our high-performing team.
West London Children’s Healthcare has three Clinical Directorates: General and Acute Medicine and Surgery; Critical Care and Medical Specialties and Child Development Services and Neurology. This Service Manager post is responsible for supporting these directorates at our Chelsea and Westminster hospital campus.

The Service Manager will work closely and in partnership with other members of the Directorate’s management team, in particular Service Directors and Matrons, to achieve agreed performance, financial productivity targets and clinical quality indicators.
The Service Manager will assist the Deputy General Manager, General Manager and the Service Directors in the delivery of objectives across the Directorate as well as directly managing mutually agreed projects and service improvement initiatives.
