Summary
1. Manage a complex caseload, completing specialist OT assessments within the FIRST service specification.2. Develop, implement, and evaluate individual treatment plans as part of the Care Programme Approach and Single Assessment Process.3. Assess individual care needs using OT frameworks, formulating person centred occupational plans.4. Deliver non pharmacological interventions to address unmet need, maximise abilities, and promote functional independence.5. Complete robust risk assessments and contribute to risk management plans, promoting positive risk taking to enhance occupational performance.6. Use standardised and non standardised outcome measures to evaluate intervention effectiveness.7. Observe, record, and report clinical information accurately and promptly.8. Contribute to student training and support the development of junior staff, carers, and service users.9. Participate in service development activities and support clinical governance at team level.10. Work within professional guidelines (HCPC, RCOT) and ensure practice reflects relevant NICE guidance and Trust policies.11. Maintain professional competence through CPD and reflective practice.
