About the Role

Service Leader – Extra Care

Lead with purpose and make a real difference in people’s lives. This is a fantastic opportunity to manage a vibrant Extra Care service where you can lead a dedicated team and empower individuals in your community.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a passionate team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support

Champion community integration and meaningful engagement for the people supported

Oversee care plans for individuals with complex needs, ensuring safety, dignity, and quality of life

Take on the role of Registered Manager, responsible for compliance, leadership, and service excellence

Drive performance and promote a positive, values-driven culture within the service

Who We’re Looking For

Experienced in health or social care with strong leadership skills

Passionate about helping people live fulfilling lives

Confident managing behaviours requiring intensive support planning

Comfortable with IT systems (training available if needed)

Holds a relevant professional qualification (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, NVQ Level 4)

Reliable, patient, empathetic, and compassionate with excellent problem-solving skills

Strong work ethic, determination, resilience, and a natural leader
