Summary
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at one of our services in Wallasey. In this role, you will provide overnight support to residents, ensuring their safety, well-being, and comfort throughout the night. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is patient, reliable, and passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives.
Contract Details
• 42 hours per week (rota basis including weekends)
• Salary: £27,813
• Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to the people we support in a safe and caring environment.
• Respond to their needs promptly and effectively.
• Promote independence and encourage positive routines.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the team.
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in care or support roles is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with autism.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently overnight.
• Valid Driving license and access to a vehicle required.
